Our firm utilizes various cloud computing platforms for data storage, including Xero Accounting Software, Microsoft OneDrive, Quickbooks, BGL360 and MYOB. Please note that data stored on these platforms may be stored on servers located in different geographical locations. Specifically, Xero, Quickbooks and BGL 360 data are stored on servers located in USA, Microsoft OneDrive and MYOB data are stored on servers located in Australia. Further, Microsoft OneDrive backup data is stored locally in Australia. We have chosen these platforms for their reliability, security, and ease of use, and we take appropriate measures to safeguard your confidential information.
There may be circumstances where disclosure of information is mandated or authorized by Australian law, a court/tribunal order, the Code of Ethics for Professional Accountants as part of their quality review program. Additionally, disclosure may occur with your explicit consent.

Storage and Security

We employ reasonable measures to safeguard your personal information from risks like unauthorized access or modification. Both physical and electronic safeguards are implemented to ensure the privacy and security of your data. However, please note that information sent over the internet may not be entirely secure.
